We're excited to welcome you to a day of adventure, family fun and community. Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about tickets, activities, parking, food, vendor stalls and everything else you need to know before joining us at Apex Caravanserai. 1. When and where is Apex Caravanserai?
Saturday 19th September from 1:30pm to 9:00pm at Hargreaves Scout Campsite, Hainault Road, Romford, RM6 5SR (MAP).
2. What is Apex Caravanserai?
Apex Caravanserai is a family-friendly outdoor community event inspired by the historic caravanserais—bringing people together for an afternoon and evening of adventure, activities, great food, shopping and community.
3. How much are tickets?
🎟️ £15 – Access to all camp activities
🚶 £2 – General Entry
👶 FREE – Children under 4
4. What activities are included with the £15 ticket?
Your activity ticket includes access to:
🏹 Archery
🪓 Axe Throwing
🎯 Rifle Shooting
🧗 Climbing Wall
🏀 Inflatable Basketball
🎪 Inflatable Obstacle Course
🐇 Haari's Pets Animal Experience
5. Will there be food available?
Yes! A fantastic selection of food vendors and refreshments will be available throughout the event.
6. Can I just come to browse the stalls?
Absolutely! A £2 General Entry ticket gives you access to the event, food vendors, market stalls and entertainment. Camp activities require the £15 Activity Pass.
7. Is the event suitable for children?
Yes! Apex Caravanserai is designed for the whole family, with activities and entertainment for children and adults alike. Bring a picnic blanket!
8. Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for £5 per vehicle for the entire day. We recommend arriving early, as spaces are limited.
9. Can I book a stall for my business?
Yes! We are currently accepting vendor applications. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not completed our stall enquiry please head over to linktr.ee/apextrust and complete it then message +44 7427 930 444
10. How can my business become a sponsor?

11. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We strongly recommend booking in advance, as activity tickets, vendor stalls and sponsorship opportunities are limited. Please ensure you have your receipt/PDF electronic copy ready on arrival.

Apex Caravanserai is proudly organised by Apex Trust, bringing families and communities together through memorable experiences, outdoor adventure and meaningful connections.
